    I don't know about the sac bunt. It's not the Sox history and with a team that is not very good with RISP generally. I thought it was a good move to bunt him over, but it worked to Sox favor, so maybe not so good to give up an out there.

    Yesterday, Terry pinch-hits DMac for Drew against the lefty. Today, he pinch-hits DMac for Reddick (with Drew in the hole). Interesting.....

    tie goes to the fielder...umpires have been doing that for years...the myth is that we all heard "tie goes to the runner." it actually in MLB goes to the fielder.

    Tito was hoping for lightning in a bottle... his old bench coach brings in a lefty, and Darnell homered last at bat v. Houston....totally understand pinch hitting there....

    we have 4 solid starters.. has miller been blowed up yet? (magic johnson phraseology) NO!  prob is with the 5th starter... lackey-wake. wake's been OKAY as a 5th starter. prob is you're paying lackless to be a THIRD STARTER and he is pitching like a hit or miss long relief guy at best. if he were pitching decent, sox up by 5 right now in the standings..

    Actually, Darnell went 0-2 after coming in as a PH for Drew yesterday.  The HR was two games ago.
