    The Red Sox have lost six in a row at Cleveland going into today's game in Cleveland.  The Red Sox haven't dropped seven in a row in Cleveland since a 12-game skid Aug. 23, 1931-Sept. 15, 1932.  That is lot of blue moons ago.

    Glad Beckett got that strike 3 for out 3 against Santana. That will bump his intensity and give him more trust in his pitch locations. Hope he can have another dominant outing tonight! Offense needs to put up big number against the Cleveland team early.

    Just like it was drawn up.

    If Crawford doesn't steal, the Sox likely score zero runs as he's likely erased in the double play. Ellsbury walks. Lowerie flies out.

    Crawford steals so he goes to third on the groundout. Ellsbury steals so he is able to score on the double instead of either gambling by trying to score from first or ending up on third.

    Two stolen bases lead to two runs. Wouldn't this be "manufacturing runs."

    yes and it's a fantastic way to watch baseball
