How many guys in history have hit.320, 30HR, 100RBI, 40SB in a single season?

I was thinking about this last night.  With a hot finish, these are the milestones that he will reach.  Does anyone have any information about other guys that have achieved this in a single-season?  The batting average, I'm assuming, is the rarest piece to this.

I don't think Bonds did it; he came close one year, but had only 29 SB. Maybe I missed a year, but for the most part, his BA floated around .300, or a bit above.

Ellsbury only needs 7 more RBI to become the first player in MLB history to have more than 100 RBI from the leadoff spot.

Darin Erstad in 2000 did it I believe.

It might not quite be .320, but in 1998, A-Rod put up some silly numbers:

    .310 BA  42 HR's  124 rbi's  46 SB's  35 2B  5 3B  213 hits   123 runs  .913 OPS

But tip my cap to Jacoby - he is having a truly great season.

He got close but came up short...
    Darin Erstad 2000: .355avg  25HR 100rbi 28sb and a whopping 240 hits...

    I meant the 100 rbi's out of the leadoff spot...not the .320 plus 30 plus 40

Correct, Erstad is the only one to reach 100 RBI.  Ellsbury could be the first one to top 100.

I am a bit surprised by the power that Ellsbury has shown this year, however the avg. & SB I don't think are a surprise to anyone.... I think it was just a question of staying healthy and it was obvious that this kid was gonna be a star. Do you guys think he has surpassed Ortiz as the clutch guy on the team (well obviously Pedroia is there as well) I would say it's gotta be close. They should lock this guy up for a long time to come. Considering their ages I would think that if it comes down to choosing between Ellsbury and Ortiz, you gotta go with the younger guy who plays the field. Although Ortiz has been so heart and soul amazing for you guys over the last 8 years that it would be hard to let him go. I wish my Brave had a similar problem.

IDK about the 40 SB, although he is very capable. I understand why he runs less, but last night when you had a secured lead and you had two outs and your at first....why not run?  your likely not costing the game and if you get into scoring position another hit adds a run

Jacoby will need 108 RBIs to reach 100 from the leadoff slot. He has 8 from other slots this year.

Nice to see his OBP over .380 from the #1 slot!

Amazing. And that was before he was juicing. Bonds was a remarkable player, and it's a shame he had to soil his reputation.
