Looks like we might add one more to the list:

If Matt Kemp keeps his BA over .320.

I was thinking about this last night.  With a hot finish, these are the milestones that he will reach.  Does anyone have any information about other guys that have achieved this in a single-season?  The batting average, I'm assuming, is the rarest piece to this.

And yet there are Sox fans on this board that still question his talent and ability to play the game.  Not sure what else he can do to convince everyone.  Maybe winning the MVP will help. :)

    Brady Anderson:  1996  37 doubles, 50 homers, 110 ribbies, .297 baa, .396 obp, 53 stolen bases.

Anderson never hit before or after more than 24 homers....
