Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Martha M. Coakley will file fraud charges in court Monday morning. Named in the 11 page indictment are John Derran Lackey 32, of California, and Carl Demonte Crawford 30, of Tampa Bay.
The two men are charged with impersonating high ability professional baseball players. When in fact the two men have been sub par performers for six months or more. "The fact is that these men violated a sacred public trust, by endorsing contracts with RSN, and playing like less than AAA level players. The Attorney General's office will use it's full prosecutional powers to halt and prevent this type of large scale larceny." said Coakley.
Lackey lambasted Coakley, he began gesturing wildly and stared down this reporter, claiming the AG is an opportunist trying to make political recovery after identifying Curt Schilling as a Yankee fan . Lackey currently in NY, is safe from extradition for now, and as long as the team stays away from Fenway Park, given his potential prosecution, it is unlikely that Lackey will help the team get back to Fenway this year. Crawford was unavailable for comment, it's possible the stiff neck he received from hoisting heftyy paychecks has flared up again.

HEY FANS...HOW DO YOU LIKE TIMMY AND CC NOW.
CRAWFORD MAKES A TWO BASE ERROR AND TIMMY
HAS NO CLUE ON HOW TO GET THE YANKEES OUT.
SALTY DROPS A TAG AT HOME PLATE, AND THE SOX
LOOK LIKE THE KEYSTONE KOPS. THEY ARE
    DREADFUL. WAKEFIELD SHOULD RETIRE RIGHT
NOW. THEY ARE SO DESPERATE...THAT WAKEFIELD
WAS THE BEST THEY HAD.....AND WHAT DOES THAT SAY
ABOUT THE RED SOX FRANCHISE. NO ONE TO CALL UP
FROM THE FARM, AND THE WHOLE TEAM IN A FUNK.
FRANCONA DOESN'T HAVE A CLUE HOW TO STOP THE
BLEEDING BECAUSE HE WAS INSTRUMENTAL IN CAUSING
    IT !!!
