In our hands to win or lose

This is our perfect opportunity to put Tampa in the trunk.  So are we going to let them off the hook, or take advantage?

... A Sox sweep puts Tampa 9 games back never to return in my opinion.
... Winning two games leaves the Rays 7 games back which is still fine
... Winning one leaves us up by 5 but would be a disappointment
... Getting swept would be embarrassing and keep the Rays only 3 back

These are must wins regardless of how many games are left, especially with Tampa and the Yanks playing each other next.

Unfortunately our starting rotation is not healthy right now.

    Yup,

Miller isn't one of them which could be a bad sign.  I really thought we would hit Price hard tonight, the guy simply isn't that good this season.  Tampa has seven important games with the Sox and Yanks, then play 20 games in a row against below 500 teams.  Tampa had and still has a very easy schedule until there are about 45 games remaining.

We need to win as many games as possible during the next 27 to keep them from staying in the race.
