I always found the fact he said he was "here for the kids" weird. Do you know of any kids who post here? If anything, the age of some of the posters is the complete opposite. I'm guessing it's his mantra for all the Sox boards he posts on 24 hours a day. I wish he liked watching his team and talking about them as much as he likes obsessing about what Sox fans say on their forums. Would make this forum a better place.

I meant talk about his team on his team's board. He will never say anything negative about his team here, and if you look at my sig line, he doesn't like when other posters do it either. You'll never know anything real about the Yankees from anything Zac says unless it's absolutely, completely obvious. He's only here to keep Sox fans in check with their posts. Kinda galling really.

He has quietly put together a solid stat line since his return to the team which is filled with some clutch hits and key runs. We all know he'll never be the $20M player the Sox signed him for, but who knows, maybe we can finally give the guy a chance to belong on this team.
