I think your sarcasm is showing. He has had a couple of nice starts though.

LOL...no, not being sarcastic, just being funny! No one is happier than me about Dice-K. It's more a response to all the haters that are about when it comes to Dice-K.

Two one-hitters back to back--plus 15 innings pitched.  Better than Beckett and better than Lester--for those two games.

It sure looks like having Tek behind the plate gives him confidence.

You may be right about the Tek thing---I hope it's more than just that though--because Tek can't catch for everyone! Maybe we could get away with it if we put him out there for D.k and Beckett.

I knew he had it in him and heres an interesting fact
"Matsuzaka is the first Red Sox pitcher to have back-to-back outings of at least seven innings with only one hit allowed since Pedro Martinez turned the trick in 2002. The only other hurler to accomplish that feat in franchise history was Howard Ehmke in 1923."

    Re: Loving Dice-k

Dice K pitched another gem tonight, to follow up his great pitching effort on Patriot's Day. I am glad to see he has turned it around after his first two starts this season were total bombs.

I am not sure what caused the switch to be flipped, but this is the pitcher we expected to see when he signed before the 2007 (?) season.

Let's hope Dice K can keep pitching well like this.

    GO RED SOX!
