Clay's body language on the mound is disturbing. He looks like he does not want to be out there.  He is a total mess.

IMO that's something you can't fix by pitching your way out of it...he needs to go where he can get his confidence back and have some success with little pressure...Pawtucket.

It's kinda funny watching Satly call every pitch except the spit ball and Buch keeps shaking them off.

By the way , big game for the Celts tonight.  Down 4 in the 3rd. If they lose tonight, they are in trouble.

How many injuries can this team withstand?

JBay just tuned in. I do not think he can be sent down without exposure to major league waivers. They will probably have him come down with a mysterious injury and then work his way back from the supposed injury. Funny thing we use to wipe up the floor with Baltimore, now they own us going back to last September. Tough losing Ross, and that us not helping this team. In Response to Re: Monday Night Game Thread: Red Sox at Orioles : exasperating to say the least gale, thought bard would be odd man out when dice k returns but may well be buch and deservingly so. He loses it with runners on base.  Posted by J-BAY

Buchholz needs a brain transplant. The first hit off a fastball down the middle of the plate and suddenly he is afraid to throw strikes. Then comes all the nervous pacing and exaggerated mannerisms, sure signs that he doesnt want to throw another pitch. A gutless wonder.

Buch can't seem to limit the damage in the one inning of the game he seems to struggle. I'd have to look it up, but in his bad games this year, it seems like most of the runs came in one inning.

Papi is a Happy Warrior again (HHH reference!!!)  The surly Papi of the past few years is gone and he has let good karma back in and it is providing seriously good bat vibrations!
