My final farewell to Pesky - RIP

It is time I retire my avatar.

Pesky has tipped his last cap.

I only wish the Sox could have honored him, and the 100th Fenway anniversary, in a better way.

Thanks again Johnny, you will forever be one of the most beloved members of this organization.

At least Pesky got to see the Sox win two WS.  There are many from the '46 team that did not.  RIP, Johnny.

Wally...all the publicity nonsense doesn't concern me. I was talking about ON the field, where they were an embarrassment.

Agreed Parhunter. Any lifelong fans have lost elderly family members withouth them ever getting to experience it.

    Good luck!

I've been trying to retire mine. It Seems that BDC hasn't added that option to the profile page yet.
