Just maybe Tito looked past the Bard of recent days and felt that he would revert back to the pitcher that he was all season. Perhaps to corrected his mechanics and in turn control after studying video. We are just fans.

Perhaps if Bard gave up 5 runs and then the next game struck out the side Tito would continue to bring him out every 8th inning. Bards performances have been bi-polar as of late but Tito's managing remains the same.
