Wondering how the Rangers and Jays can deal with the loss of Cruz and Melky.

Cruz may have one coming, but I believe Cabrera has already served his suspension for this issue. -

Cruz may have one coming, but I believe Cabrera has already served his suspension for this issue.
Agreed. But Melky served time for failing a test.I don't know if this information will get him more time.

Will the new in-season testing affect a number of players?
We have no idea who has been using (HGH) right along up until now.
Could be some noticeable drop-offs in 2013.
