    BOOOOOOO jacoby got robbed. i dont see how you cn give MVP to someone who only plays in 20% of their teams games..... besides, pitchers have the Cy Young.

    Previous inning Sox up and a  pitch was visibily high yet called a strike and an out an announcer said because it was Verlander, they gave it to him.

    Hmmm ??? Why didn't they give John the strike out that I even saw in the box and it was called high before the double ???

    Been saying for years, let the camera call balls and strikes and turn the home plate ump into a base umpire that way the strike zone is consistant for all. THAT IS TOO HARD FOR THE SIMPLETON RUNNING BASEBALL TO FIGURE OUT.

    Hard for me to lay the blame for this game on the umps...neither offense has been impressive and not because of the strike zone.
