    Come on, 8 of 8 might not mean much, but how about 228 of 257?  That's his career numbers.  He's converted close to 90% of his save opportunities.

    I don't quite get the idea of N.L. hitters getting used to facing Pap. What is there to get used to ? He comes in and fires fastballs , the same as most closers. Nothing different, nothing to get used to.  His success depends on his command of the pitch. On the corners , he is great.  Down the middle , he gets hit hard.  He has been one of the best for five or six years. Let's not turn on him because he left for a better offer.
