I agree with it mostly because to me the choices are clear--
4 starters--Lester, Lackey, Buchholz, Peavy--3 righties. Abraham has them in the order in which they will pitch.
7 relievers--Uehara, Breslow, Tazawa, Morales, Workman, Dempster, Doubront--4 righties
2 catchers--Ross and Saltalamacchia
5 infielders--Napoli, Pedroia, Drew, Middlebrooks, Bogaerts
6 outfielders--Victorino, Ellsbury, Nava, Gomes, Carp, and Berry
Bradley is out because he can't hit or run the bases, but will be in if Ellsbury or Victorino is hurt.
McDonald is out because Bogaerts is a better hitter. If Pedroia is hurt during a game, Drew or Middlebrooks can play 2B.
Berry is in because late and close games almost always require a pinchrunner.
Lavanway is out because he is distant third at catcher.
