    Anthony Ranaudo (3-0) recorded a career-high nine strikeouts, leading the Sea Dogs (12-9) to a 6-0 win over the Trenton Thunder (12-10).

    Ranaudo retired the first 13 batters, before a triple by Kyle Roller
    in the fifth. He won his third consecutive start,
    hurling six scoreless frames on two hits, no walks and nine
    strikeouts. Ranaudo threw 61 of 89 pitches for strikes.

    Shannon Wilkerson broke the game open in the fourth, hitting a
    bases-clearing triple down the right-field line, giving the 'Dogs a
    5-0 lead. Wilkerson finished 2-for-4 and reached base three times.

    Travis Shaw went 1-for-4 with a double, extending his on-base streak
