    The only two outliers among starting pitchers in the Cy Young voting were R.A. Dickey (who came out of nowhere several years ago after kicking around in the minors for years) and Gio Gonzalez (one of the rare young controllable starters who has been traded in recent years).

    Good Post, all these teams, work hard in their Scouting Dept. and Talent evaluations. 4 very good GM's, and Pittsburgh, is not far behind, their GM is underated.
    All these GM's know the importance of the Farm.
