    Great pickup if the report is true. Averaging a strikeout an inning this year and has looked well in his last 3 starts. He should be 3-1 if not for his bullpen blowing a big lead his last time out.

    Something that probably will fly under the radar is that Harden and pitching coach Curt Young will be re-united in Boston. This could be a bigger deal than most people realize.

    Great trade assuming the PTBNL isn't anything big.  Lars gets to go home and have a shot in the bigs.  Harden is injury prone but very good when healthy.

    Ugh, Rich Harden hasn't been all that great the past few seasons though.
