should THEO and LUCCHINO be sued for malfeasance for CRAWFUL and LACKLESS?

in what were clearly non-baseball buzz moves, we ended up getting stuck with these two JAMBRONIS. everyone knew about these "injuries", they were open secrets. theo had to addd a special clause to lackless' deal. his tommy john was inevitable yet we give a broken down guy a 5 year deal. same with craw, there's a reason tampa steered clear of him as well as the yanks and just about everyone else in baseball. noone would have approached 7 guaranteed years or $140m.. not even close! yet theo jumps in and outbids himself at his one-man auction.... good times.

carl will be shut down by the end of this month and be out til next year's all-star break to hit .240. at best, we get nothing of the real craw til 2014 when he has FOUR overpriced years left. theo didnt care, he was bolting. figured by the time the crapp inevitably hits the fan. he'll be long outta dodge. lucchino can blame theo or the "organizational collective". what they perpetuated was a "crime' and are lucky this isnt green bay where the fans technically own the team. if sawx were a publicly owned firm, someone would be doing a perp walk right about now.

with craw, how could they not know? the arm, the throwing motion, all the signs were there. by overcompensating, we get the wrist thing as well. the guy should have just done all this stuff LAST year and had a contract based on games played and availabilty since everyone knew he could be missing YEARS.
