    Sox have announced Baseball Operations people

    No mention of Jason Veritek.  I wonder where he's going.

    It's looking like he may be more involved in the day to day team dealings.  Bench coach?

    I thought he wasn't ready for that kind of time-sink.  Maybe he's not quite full time yet either.  I know he said he wanted to take things slow for the near future.

    I'm still hoping to see him in the dugout this year, either as a bench coach or working with the pitchers and catchers.

    im pretty sure he was with BC at the winter meetings?

    i would also like to see him with a more hands-on role working with pitchers/catchers
