It's obvious, Tito should bench Crawford and only let him bat in the bottom of the ninth game winning situations.

Come on, Tito! Obvious, I tells ya...

It's a dumb thing my daughter and I started - I propose to whoever hits a home run for the Sox!  A few years ago I just started typing it on the boards and it's just become a habit!

Yes I did.  I didn't know if it was a smash right at someone or a bloop that would make the runner hold.

    Thanks!

Just 1 game behind on the Loss column for AL East lead.

    1.5 games back.

Not bad to see Sox roaring back into contention.

Pitching is becoming a concern though, with Lackey & DiceK injured, and Josh with a stiff neck today.  Here's to hoping that batting will carry the Sox in May and June until pitching is all back.

    Go Sox !

Does anyone think that maybe Crawford is getting these walk off hits because he knows it's a big pressure situation and he's bearing down more, and going back to what he normally does w/o the head games? Could be that he's just more disciplined and focused in those situations, muscle memory taking over--hitting on his natural talents and instincts. Needs to take that to the 1st inning.

Yup ... and I swear, I was totally confident when Crawford came up. Maybe it's his forte. Hey, he can hit .210 if he wants as long as he hits, oh, 15-20 walk-offs.
