    Both Salty and Tek seem to have found their swing lately.  Both have hit well lately.  Bodes well for Sox as they make their push to the top of the pile.

    Still waiting for Pedey, Youk, Drew and Craw to get consistent on their swings, and this team will be rocketing.

    Sox should get some good production out of Wake and Aceves, until healthy Lackey and DiceK return.

    He needs to hack at the first pitch.  Verlander has started him off with FB strikes in both AB's (both of which he took).  His only chance is against the FB.

    Everyone in the forum is 100% convinced that Communist-Contrarian is a complete azz-hole except for Communist-Contrarian and J-Bay. Why is that? Seems strange to me.

    Yeah.  It's been fun.

    And remember previous years too.  Seems like the lots of old time members are not visiting this site anymore.  High & Tight from Japan ?  I did see Jaycoach this season on this board.

    Perhaps this is it - due to the wet conditions and the fact that two of the RS starters are on the DL - maybe they are just being extra careful?

    Listening to the radio...haven't heard anything on Beckett's condition yet, but if they get to it before the TV does, I'll let you guys know.

    may be trying to limit his pitches after throwing over 100 last few starts but in this game against verlander wouldnt be the time to do it, only 1 run lead. i'm a big titi supporter but if i have one gripe its hes too cautious with the pitchers
