Watching that right now too :p. Good quick inning by mort looks like he should be able to take two innings. I feel like mort might be our Bard in the back of the pen this year. He might be able to shut down where ever we put him

Changing pitchers is usually a tough decision. Always open to second guessing. You can be sure that some people were ready to pounce if Mortensen messed up.

Our Ace. 5 innings 108 pitches vs KC. Argggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhh. Leaves the game losing by a run. When does it end. Starting pitching is so putrid it makes it hard to breathe.

You can hardly blame that on lester... First inning he should've been out of that inning twice. ended up throwing over 30 pitches... He only gave up 1 ER

He barely got out of a bases load jam last night. Ump rang up Pena on a pitch that looked outside. Robertson is good , but closing is always a high pressure job.

I don't think this one's on him. Are you watching? Three unearned runs after getting squeezed by the ump. He had to throw twenty something more pitches in the first because of his D and a missed called third strike.

No not all. He threw 108 pitches in 5. This was clearly an east decision.

I didn't see if they showed a replay. I thought he missed the plate but Martin didn't go after him to put the tag on him.

Rivera was suppose to have surgery yesterday but there was a complication, didnt say what. today said they found a blood clot.
