Matt Moore with some command issues in the 3rd. He walks in a run, but we leave em loaded. Now 4-1 Rays top 4.

I was at the game today. Sadly, they all looked like they were on a bender last night. I would be concerned about Felix. The sound from the Rays bats continue to ring in my ears.

The best news for the Sox was that there were no injuries. Isn't that what we want from spring training!

Moore from the Rays took a major league line drive to the face. Hope he is okay. Scary stuff live.

David Ortiz looks about 10 pounds heavier than last year, but then this year he is not coming off an achillies issue.

Farrell on Felix: We're looking forward to his next outing. We got him to nearly 90 pitches, which was the goal from a physical standpoint.

Right now sox are using mostly guys from the 25 man active roster and playing regulars deep into games.  Still not much hitting.  Lackey and doubront look very hittable.  Lester, buchholz, and even peavy look fine.  Bullpen fine.

the Sox spring training team OPS is dead last of 30 MLB teams.

The Tigers are acquiring every shortstop not named Drew. Baltimore sends Alex Gonzalez to the Tigers for Steve Lombardozzi.

Trivia: In their 28 Spring Training games, the Seattle Mariners have scored twice as many runs as the Boston Red Sox have scored in their 25 Spring Training games:
