    Re: Sunday Afternoon lineup

Do we really need to keep posting these game day lineups?  The lineup is pathetic. This might be the worst starting 9 I have ever seen.

I wonder if Loney hits a HR in his first AB as a RS?

Tony Clark hit two home runs in his very first Sox game...He would then hit exactly one more in next 300 at bats as a Sox before being released...only to begin hitting HRs again almost immediately for his next 2 teams.

It was so nice to see Tony Clark playing in the 2004 ALCS instead of Johnny O.....that alone could have been the difference maker!

As it turns out, Clark's unfortunate ground-rule double changed the course of events to allow the Sox to win in 2004. Irony.

THAT WAS THE MOST AUTHENTIC THING I'VE SEEN FROM VALENTINE ALL SEASON LONG!

I still would like to see him gone, but if he could stay focused like that, I could at least get to like him.
