Thought they were pitching around Agon; I guess he did too because that was a meatball..the pitch he took at 2-0; the one he swung at...ugghhh

Where is the managing by BV, not hit and run or steal a base? DP have been somewhat common for AGon this year.

Swung at ball three.  Man, if Gonzo could only get back his plate discipline, there'd be no stopping him.

Just terrible. That could come back to cost us this game. The 2-0 pitch was right there. The 2-1 was the pitcher's pitch. Absolutely brutal. What a wasted opportunity.

I thought Bobby V. was an aggressive manager. He has two fast guys on first and second -- where's the strategy, the aggressiveness, etc.?????

They would have walked AG--which in hindsight would have been better than what happened.

Why the heck don't we steal bases anymore?  I mean we were never a speed team, but with Jacoby and CC on the bases, w/ Pedey up, double steal and a sack fly by Pedey gets Jacoby in from third.  I thought National League managers ran alot?

His once aggressive style has been slowed by Fat Cats.

Not true, CC.  He'd be way above .300 if he laid off the lousy pitches (like he used to).

So, two fastest guys on the team with a long history of stealing bases. Both on, no outs and they don't steal or try to steal. Looks like management doesn't want them to get hurt, thinking trade coming soon....
