Pineda now 2-4 (and on the hook today) with a 4.94 ERA in his last 10 starts. That is why they were saying he needs to improve his change-up and learn a splitter. -

Let's not get carried away - I would say it is real nice to watch Salty succeed when so many wanted to pull the plug on him 2 weeks into the season - maybe Theo and Tito do know what they're doing -

Salty doing a good job from both sides. Although his numbers are better from the left side, he certainly is holding his own from the right, making him a legitimate switch hitter, unlike some whose splits are so uneven you wonder why they even bother. -

Which is strange Joel, because remember earlier how people were saying he should always be benched against right handers because he couldn't hit from the left side? Seems to me he's come along in a lot of different areas. -
