Good afternoon my good friends on Red Sox:On the front burner.
The Globe is reporting Bobby Jenks is back on the disabled list with a bad back. LHP Randy Williams has been called up.

The New York Post reported:

The Yankees were one of 17 teams in Denver on Thursday night to watch Ubaldo Jimenez pitch.

According to several talent evaluators, the Yankees  have a better than average chance to acquire the 27-year-old because they have the top-shelf prospects the Rockies are looking for.

Red Sox were rumored to be interested in Dodgers starter Hiroki Kuroda.
Seems like Cashman is serious about landing a top of the rotation starter while Theo is interested in a back of the rotation starter.
How do you see this playing out?
