So we need to wait 4 more years to win the whole thing?

Hope for rain and a KC loss. We then have a 1.5 game lead for the AL Cellar over the Royals!!

Pray for Rain as per Spahn & Sain for weeks until Ellsbury & C. Crawford return. Then, and I'm not thrilled about it but getting Lackey back & Dice K can't be worse than now. Heck, I'd be pleased to have Wakefield back in relief. If you recall last year he almost never got knocked out until the 6th or 7th when hitters got used to his soft ball the 3rd time around. But for 1-2 innings I think he can still fool people.

These are desperate times, don't you think !!!

Funny we can make fun of the team and associate it with Pearl Harbor or the Titantic.... however if you wanted to associate it with the Twin Towers how would your thread unfold.

Personally I find it odd and wrong to associate the team with Pearl Harbor. Bill-806 clearly is not the American he claims to be.

Bill-806 retitle the thread September 11th, 2001 and see what happens. I dare say you would not dare. Why are the sailors on the Arizona and all the other personel and civilian's killed at Pearl something to make light of?
