When papi is shut down for the year, then, and only then, will I say Bill was right...
It's not that is/was right or wrong.....first of all, he just guesses at what will happen, he has no insight I've seen from him...as if guessing a 265-pound guy in his late-30s might have trouble coming back from Achilles problems is a modern Eurika moment! It's the repetetion of his subjects, political rubbish, etc. Good riddance unless he can change.
