"GET RID OF HIM"
you mean like "make it look like an accident?"
because that's the only way the SOX can get rid of him. -

Get used to him............he ain't going anywhere,
Then again, I said the same thing about Vernon Wells until the Angels decided to generously take him off Toronto's books. -

Gotta like the one where petey pushes away from the raging gerbil!
Lackey is in the same situation as Wheeler/Jenks....dead arms hurling meatballs, except he makes what Wheeler/jenks combined were given by theo ($18 million).
Time to put another Lackey on the disabled list & give the spot to Timmy the knuckler.
Time for theo to go?

One does wonder, how do you get rid of a guy that has a multi million dollar contract? Then again some sox fans wonder why the ticket prices are so high! Yep dump him, pay his cotract, no one would pck him up to relieve the sax of his contract. Makes sense to me.

Lackey is not right. We have problems keeping the entire starting staff healthy at the same time, so it would not be surprising for Lackey to go on the DL for a few weeks. Plus, he has had problems pitching against the AL East—especially at Fenway. We've seen that his numbers are not going to be as good as people hope. -

Lackey???? Well he personifies one of the biggest problems in the U.S. economy.... Housing prices!!!!!! TOO MANY bought high, we're "under-water" in our houses..... We can't move on! We're stuck! Nobody's gonna buy our houses for what we owe!!!! Oh! & that $700,000 two bedroom place in Lowell? The one we were dead sure was gonna be worth $1.5 million in a couple a years?????? Yeh! We're screwed!
OK, OK !!! A bit too MACRO analytical!!!!! :) :) :)
Having said that...... He did look good there for 2 starts?????
