Vic, Pedey, Ells, Bradley, all good on the bases w/speed.  Thought this might happen w/Crawford/Ells but never developed.

The double steals really help that.

    Farrell loves the running game.

Yes, loving the aggressiveness from the manager on forcing the action, he's got the guys to do it.

If he has them run Ells is a lock for 50 and Victorino is a lock for 30.

In contrast to the agressive baserunning, nice restraint exercised by holding Pedroia at third on Napoli's double with nobody out.  It may have been tempting to send him, given that runs had been hard to come by.  Nava's three run followed later that inning.

Yes, I like what I've seen so far of Butterfield as the third base coach.

Sox also have most runs per game scored, and least runs per game allowed in the AL as of today.  Those are pretty good stats.  The most wins as well(tied).

I moved to Portland in the early 70's. Later, I lived in Gray, Linington, and New Gloucester. My parents have a sweet spot on Sebago Lake on Raymond Neck (near the Frye Island Ferry) that my whole family (5 sisters) visits every summer.

I don't miss the winters, but summer in Maine cannot be beat.

Every summer we pick strawberries at Maxwell's Farm and then have fried Maine shrimp a the "Shack" at Two Lights.

The only problem with Maine summers are their too darn short!
