So McCann is a Yankee--we'll get a lot of opportunity to see who was right.

As much as I want to see a change--thinking Ross may be kept on beyond 2014 as insurance. I would perhaps see what we have between Lava and Bultler. Vaz and Swihart seem to be the really high prospects. I let Salty walk and evaluate  these two kids during 2014.

On the job training on a competitive team is usually not such a good idea.

Our staff is too expensive and good to risk being brought down by inexperience.

So, just under .700 overall is about average OPS for MLB catchers (.698 last year).

    What's the point?
