    Been saying for the last few years i hoped they would keep him as a coach.  He has what it takes.  That we know but managing may take a few years of digging in first.  He'd  have to wait until most of this group that he is probably too close with leaves

    AA OR AAA First then we'll see but he can't be any worse than a manager who let a decade pass him by between jobs
