Maybe the Red Sox players were mean to this girl. Girls have a hard time reporting from men's locker rooms. They don't treat them like men. -

As a former FEMA employee that's used to long trips away from home, I fully understand how she feels about being on the road... it sucks after a few days!
Being away from your family is bad enough but the food is what really gets to you. No matter how hard you try its darn near impossible to eat healthy unless whereever you're going has a grocery store nearby... and only then can you eat non-cooked meals... unless you're at a Residence Inn (which also suck btw).
In any event, glad she spent some time on the Sox beat and glad she can move on and improve her daily life. Cheers Amalie! -
