    Who's our base running coach?

McDonald picked of twice in KEY situations. Ellsbury and Crawd caught stealing or 40% of the time and picked off multiple times. Who teaching these guys how to lead/steal?

Ellsbury is pitiful at getting a lead. Doesn't cross-over either when stealing, at least not the way I was taught. He pivots first, then crosses over. Doens't read the pitchers well either. On a RHP, if the left foot is moved first, he has to go to the plate. He should be gone as soon as the left foot moves.
