Yanks are making more Noise in Washington than in baseball> McNamee names 3 more players he said took HGH

    Associated Press

    WASHINGTON --

Brian McNamee, Clemens' longtime strength and conditioning coach, told jurors that he provided HGH to current Yankee pitcher Andy Pettitte and former Yankee infielder Chuck Knoblauch. McNamee also testified that former Yankee pitcher Mike Stanton obtained HGH from drug dealer Kirk Radomski, after McNamee put them in touch.

Meanwhile in baseball... the Red Sox are looking good lately.

    Last 10... 8-2.

Well, everyone had at least one steriod player on the roster during the steriod era!!

Who care...this is getting stupid from one day to another.  I just cant wait to see this go away, and can finally watch good baseball by watching juice-less players playing in the game.

I've always found it amazing that Canseco is going to be included in the group that "cleaned up baseball".

History will remember Canseco as a hero while Palmero, Clemens, Sosa, McGuire, etc., are going to be the goats, and it would have been easy (easier?) for them to have told the truth, come clean and save their reputations.

I'm so glad someone in dc is paying attention to baseball an what the players are doing. They should be able to straighten this all out with a stroke of the pen. Just like the took care of Freddy Mac Fannie Mae and the two wars in the middle east that weren't for oil not to mention the bail out of the banks and the auto industry. They need to get to the bottom of this steroid use it is so very very important to have a level playing field in baseball.they really need to correct this now. I would put universal health care and insider trading maybe even the federal pension plans on the back burner until we get this straightened out.

If they lock Roger up, I'm ready to close the book on the steroid era. I just assume most guys back then were juiced. Anybody remember Brady Anderson hitting 50 out one year.    Duh!!!

To this day, Jim Palmer calls out Anderson on his 50 "HR" Season.  He never hit more than 25 in a season before or after.

It's also interesting to note that since ARoids got caught he has gone from a 50 HR guy to a 30 HR guy........No Hall of Fame for you!!!!!!!

Without his “tic tacs” and with age, he appears like Samson sans his hair. He is powerless.

The regression of Rodriguez’s game becomes more troubling by the day. He now has less RBIs than Albert Pujols.

Rodriguez has one RBI and no home runs since May 6.

While Rodriguez has been able to hit for average and get on base, the power he once flashed in pinstripes is at an all-time low. He has not homered in his last 40 at-bats, and is slugging just .410. That would be his lowest slugging percentage since 1995.

Unless Rodriguez heats up, he's on pace for what would be his worst season in which he plays a majority of the team's games. His current numbers would project for 20 home run and 61 RBIs. In last year's injury-shortened year, he managed to drive in 62 runs.

Raul Ibanez has emerged as the anti-Rodriguez with six home runs and 15 RBI in his past 12 games.

    I believe you...

right now Raul Ibanez is a more dangerous hitter than either one of them. Ibanez right now has eight home runs for the first quarter of the season, A-Rod and Teixeira have five apiece. And Ibanez leads both of them in RBI.
