ZIP insider says AL east 2013 is a crapshoot

As for the  teams in the AL East, based off current roster construction, the rankings would be:
    Rays, 86 wins
    Yankees, 85
    Orioles, 80
    Jays, 78
    Red Sox, 76

I agree that the rays are on top but think any of the other 4 teams can grab either division second or division last

    I hope you and zip

    realize it's nov 9th

seems kind of silly to even talk about it

and would be kind of dumb to suggest anything other than

    it's a crapshoot

About as enlightening as some of those 2004Idiots teasers.

It is too early to predict what will happen in the AL East.

As for the Rays, they need offense and since they do not have the financial means to acquire a top hitter in the free agent market, they have to trade one of their top pitchers (e.g. Shields).
