    My question is Gagne. He goes to free agency and the sox get two draft picks, correct? What if, nobody goes after Gagne? Then what? Suppose he sits until April or May? Sorry about this, but this is one area (drafts) that I really don't understand. Thanks for your input.

    thanks. but whats a "sandwich" pick? And, do they get those picks from the team that signed him, or from a combination of picks available from all teams? thanks for your assistance?
