    Can someone explain?

Not that long ago the education building was completed in Malden Sq. Now they are digging up and re-doing the parking lot and side walk. It was already done.

How many years ago was there a huge project at Pine Banks? Was it 10 or 12 years ago? Now they are doing it again.

Many on the city council say Malden town hall needs to go. It is 35 years old. That thing was built like a bomb shelter. Becasue they have some other idea it is junk and needs to go away to spend millions on a new place.

They spend millions on new schools that they celebrate will last for 50 years. The old ones that were paid for? They sold to developers for a song and they will still be standing and beautiful 100 years form now.

They will never have enough of our money.

Meanwhile, you can go check the ages of Central Fire Station and the Neil Kinnon Fire Station that was recently vacated by the MFD by his majesty Mr Kinnon allowed the building to be inhabitable for the children at his school and Malden firefighters.  Both buildings over 100 years old.
