was ask a friend to do an Inquiry now YOU ARE UPSET.

back and what they feel I ahould do.

Greysquirrel   First the actions I filed before were covered under HIPAA and all Iwanted was my complete Medical Records from the
Middlesex Sheriff's Office which were incomplete and lacked a
responsible actions. Both times i withdrew the cases because when it was found out that medical records were missing they went and
discovered they were kept unprofessional and ended up sending all
my records to Mass General Hospital who than called the Sheriff Office and that the Dr. signing these records did not have the authority to write them or even perscribe medication to anyone.
Once I received the Information and the doctor was replaced I dropped all complaints. So I usually listen to people who know the
laws. The Money spent on these cases worked to the benefit of

my health telling my Doctors at Mass General what happen and what

medical help was offered when requested. 
Today I am in a clinical trial for High Blood Pressure and Heart Disease which is a benefit to me all this cost is being provided by
the Middlesex Sheriff's Office because of their errors. 

JayneDough---I missed the dates because the information in the case was found and I let the deadlines lapse per advice from an

Attorney and the case manager the court provided me. My Medical records were in different locations and not in order of dates which

per my Heart Specialist could not understand and he advise me that

the Sheriff office medical was not in compliance with HIPAA. When all

the records were found and sent the Doctors at Mass General notified the Sheriff Office the Dr who was prescribing medications and examining patients did not have the correct licenses to make

such decisions. This Was Federal Court and Cost of an Attorney would of been @ 200.00 an hour and if you read the whole case
i never asked for a money penalty only that  my complete medical records be sent to my Doctors. I am not lying because i still have all
the paperwork from the court and their decision also I have the letters from Mass general Hospital to the Middlesex Sheriff Office and
also they sent me a copy every document (medical records) that the Middlesex Sheriff Office  sent them. Since then I have been in
hospital 3 times from collapsing from a heart disorder, which is why I
am in my 2nd clinical Trial for high blood pressure and heart disease.
So Please I know what I am saying is true ----as of today they feel
everything is being control with Medications that was again changed
for the 5th time per the clinical trials this happens every 3 months
which I go in and have a Ultra-Sound, Cat style test, plus 3 ekgs.
( on a tread mill, laying down, and standing with a doctor watching
the results) That where I was today for over 4 hours.
