    This is a sample of 25 rules in Salem’s new variance allowing dogs in outdoor dining areas.

    1. Must wear a collar

    2. Need rabies vaccination tag

    3. One dog per customer

    4. No dogs in laps or chairs

    5. Can’t disturb other customers

    Not a good idea IMHO. It gets loud and crowded there and not the best place for a dog. I would never bring mine.
