If the read code is "other read" your bill is an estimate not a true reading. The back of the bill tells you to call the DPW if the read code is "estimate" but says nothing about what to do if the code is "other read".
Times are tough and many people are out of work or on limited incomes. Is it to much to ask the DPW to put out accurate bills so Watertown residents don't have to pay for water they don't use?
