    it is about time to do this.  will help everyone get everywhere safely.
    i walk on highland a lot and love the foot path from Chestnut to that scenic overlook, if they could add something to where it starts again at Black Oak, it would be much safer.  Making it easier for bikers, runners, and walkers would not only be a healthy alternative for those that choose to leave the car at home but also open up the roads for those that must use their vehicles, it is a win win for all.

    Isn't it time the Globe found something more informative to fill this space? When I click on the section, I expect to see some news.
