Fenway Park.jpgBack for its eighth year, "Futures at Fenway" is a family-friendly event that gives fans a chance to experience the famed Fenway Park in a new way, with unique access and incredibly low ticket prices. The afternoon event will kick off with a minor league match-up between the Portland Sea Dogs and Harrisburg Senators, featuring some of the best and most promising prospects in the Red Sox farm system. Following the game, and new this year, will be a concert by Billboard's Kids Artist of the Year, KidzBop Kids. Other activities for little ones include face painting, balloon artists and mini golf. Also new this year, there will be a family festival/wellness expo on the big concourse. And, for the first time ever, fans will be allowed to bring their dogs to Fenway. (Note that you must print and sign a waiver, available on the website, to bring with you to the ballpark on game day and there are specific rules and regulations that must be adhered to in order to give your furry friend appropriate access.) An extra treat will be a post-game autograph session with members of the Sea Dogs. Batter up! Sat., July 27. Gates open at 11 a.m.; game starts at noon. All ages. Tickets range from $5 - $30. Fenway Park, 4 Yawkey Way, Boston.
