In Boston, Marathon Monday is the highlight of the year. I learned that if you head down early enough this is a great place to take kids. Near the Prudential Center there are always lots of free goodies for mom and baby and my son couldn't have been more excited to cheer on the runners. Be warned: You must head out of there early and avoid Boylston Street. A stroller and a large crowd of people do not make for great company.
