Dog handlers faced criticism during the 138th annual Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show, but not for how they handled their dogs. Folks on Twitter couldn't help but pick apart what they were wearing.

Why are dog handlers such bad dressers? No really? #Westminsterdogshow— Stacey L. Vaselaney (@StaceyVaselaney) February 11, 2014
#Westminsterdogshow Why do the women wear such tight skirts? We're supposed to look at the dogs, not your arse. lol— Neleeta Maurer (@auntineenah) February 11, 2014
So many dogs. So many pairs of nude pantyhose. #Westminster— Mare Tini (@Martini_plz) February 11, 2014
I love watching the owners run more then I do the dogs. #westminsterdogshow 😂— Kelsey Arrington (@kelsayyy69) February 11, 2014
Another Twitter target last night was the winner of the non-sporting group -- Ally, the Standard poodle. While folks tend to get pretty ornery on social media when their favorite dogs lose, there seemed to be a larger than usual outcry when Ally won Best in Breed. Here she is competing (below).
Eh, it's easy for the showoff breed (yes YOU, standard poodle) to win BofB. Someday, French bulldog & Shiba Inu :-( #Westminsterdogshow— Cheri Campbell (@olevia) February 11, 2014
Standard poodle is hideous and should never beat all the wonderful breeds in non sporting... Pathetic #Westminsterdogshow— Nicole Devitt (@nicool51) February 11, 2014
Yikes. But Ally does have her fans, as evidenced by these tweets:
Not a big poodle fan, but that poodle looked nice! #westminsterdogshow— Livia Oosterink (@LiviaOosterink) February 11, 2014
"Don't hate me because I am beautiful" exclaimed the standard poodle. #westminsterdogshow— DesigningRetirement (@DesignRetire) February 11, 2014
