Lucky the pit bull was rescued by Bethany Carlow of Rhode Island two years ago. Carlow helped a broken Lucky heal and then went on to help her achieve a Canine Good Citizen Certificate through Susan Parker's Dynamic Dog Training Services in Warwick.
