We've heard from a few people that they uploaded a photo for the August "At the beach" contest, but when they searched for our August contest entries using the tags " August contest", they saw everyone else's entries, but not their own.

Here's the Flickr page where you can see all the entries so far.

So we did a little investigating, and lo and behold, found these little tidbits on Flickr's Help page:

1. You have to upload at least 5 photos if you want even just one to be found by Flickr's Search. Once you do that, it may take a few days for Flickr to find and index your photos, so be patient.

2. You have to make sure that your photos are set as Safe, not Moderate or Restricted. You can do that on this default filters page.

And as we told you before, when you upload your contest photo, make sure you mark it as Public.

If you haven't entered yet, please do. We have 47 great entries so far, but we know you have some terrific beach-related photos sitting on your computer. Here are the guidelines and easy uploader.

If you need help with anything, just drop us a line here.
