Cape Cod Beach Fire

"Each Memorial Day weekend, a bunch of college friends head to a family cottage in Sandwich," this photographer says about this contest entry. "The fire was still roaring as the sun was rising." The photographer shot this with a Nikon D50: "This was the early days, so it was shot with the kit lens."
